Carey co-founded Island Ink-Jet and has guided the organization from its start in 1997 as a one-man, single-service, single-location company to its present position as a National Franchise organization. Carey's love of the "business of doing better business" along with his drive, broad corporate vision, and energetic passion, have inspired Island Ink-Jet to become one of the industry's leading, first-to-market inkjet refilling business models and his dream has pioneered the delivery of cartridge refilling services and inkjet products to the consumer.

Vice President Retail Operations
Wayne earned his operational experience through a 19-year professional career during which he has granted more than 350 franchises. Working across a variety of industries for such Brands as The Keg, Uniglobe, Realty World and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of a major inkjet refiller franchisor in Canada, Wayne is well- known in the franchise community for his consultative skills and his ability to build supportive, mutually beneficial relationships with franchise partners. Wayne has been an active participant in the Canadian Franchise Association and is currently completing his designation as a Certified Franchise Executive with the International Franchise Association. Mr. Maillet has a Bachelor of Business Management Degree, is an accomplished public speaker and a respected management consultant.

Chief Financial Officer
Richard comes to us from Caribou Road Services Ltd. where he held the position of Corporate Controller for 14 years. Richard is an accomplished and principled Financial & Management accounting professional with more than 35 years in the profession. He brings excellent technical skills along with a strong variety of experience in public practice and private industry as well as a substantial knowledge of the corporate environment. His experience includes public practice, real estate, mining, forestry industry, newspaper, hotel and road maintenance contracting. He is a welcomed and valued addition to the Corporate staff.
