Securing your documents while printing in your HP printer or any printer is important to make sure your confidential documents remain private from prying eyes. This is especially important if your printer is shared across several departments or used by many people. There are many ways to secure your printing including setting up password-protection, setting up firewalls, using a secure WIFI network and more. However here are a few simple steps offered by ENX Magazine, you can implement immediately to print a document securely in your HP printer: How to securely print a document using an HP printer: 1. Go to file menu and click “Print” 2. Navigate to “Properties” tab and then click on the “Destination” tab 3. Under “Destination” features, click on “Job Retention” and then go to “Options” 4.
